Carry out / Assist in JTA (Job-Task- Analysis).

Conduct audience interviews to capture their business challenge and required competencies to perform their job.

Work with Audience to define & document success metrics of learning initiatives.

Design learning assets (courses, hands-on exercises, learning plans, Experience, Quiz...), that meets the performance requirement of audience (Employees, Partners, Customers & Industry Professionals).

Develop learning assets as per the course design, on Client Products, Role, Aligned Technologies

Develop learning assets in relevant formats (videos, slides, text) and in relevant delivery modes (ex: eLearning, ILT, video ILT)

Update learning assets to align with latest product release, industry trends, and learner feedback.

Review courses developed by peers for technical accuracy, functional relevance, and /or its educational soundness.

Review learner feedback on learning assets and recommend changes.

Publish courses and learning plans in Learning Management System.

Build technical expertise on identified Client Products & Technologies.

You will work with peer Content Developers, SMEs and Stakeholders to define performance objectives to ensure the impact of the proposed solutions can be measured and is linked to business goals.

Conduct / participate in design sessions (learning journey mapping, design sprint) with peer training developers, stakeholders, subject matters experts and other project team members.

Engage with field and corporate subject matter experts for the development relevant learning material

Adopt Client Learning's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the lifecycle of a Learning Asset.

Own set of learning assets and maintain for its content currency.

Enable other internal, external content developers on the learning assets development tools.

Manage development of training assets by external partners.

Assist with designing, developing, and implementing measurement and evaluation strategies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of learning assets.

This is what you will bring to Us:

  • 7+ years in designing and developing technical training courses.
  • 5+ years of working experience in training authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe etc.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in writing scripts for learning courses.
  • Minimum 1+ years of working in a scrum team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Nice to Have:

  • Prefer UiPath Certified Professional UiPath RPA Certified Associate
  • Prefer formal certification in other IT domains (Server, Network, Storage, Operating Systems, Database )

Prefer ATD Instructional Design Certification or similar
