Instructional Designer

Minimum 2 years of Instructional Design (Adult Learning) work experience is must.

Job Purpose : Creation and development of Advanced Certification Courses to Working Professionals (Mathematics / Business Management/Media and Communication / Computer Science and Tech Stack)

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the standards of instructional designing are adhered to in the creation of content
• Create storyboards as per set guidelines
• Ability to create, edit and format Reading Materials and Self Learning Materials
• Need to be able to effectively meet the daily based targets of creating storyboards and SCORMS
• Will collaborate with the graphic designer team to support creation and development of e-tutorials

Qualification :

Candidates with Mathematics / Management/Media and Communication / Computer Science and Tech Stack qualifications preferred.

Role Type : Onsite (Trinity Circle, MG Road, Bangalore)

Mandatory Skills :

• Must be well versed with Articulate 360 and RISE, MS -Suit,
• Must have worked on SCORMS
• Must be able to write effective scripts
• Must be able to do an effective quality evaluation of story boards and e-tutorials
• Must possess excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Must be a team player, good communicator
• Editing and proof-reading skills
