Position: Instructional Designer
Location: Pune, MH OR Gurugram, HR (Work from office)
Work time: 6:30 pm - 3:40 am IST (NIGHT SHIFT to support US based customer)
Job Description:
- Develops and edits online learning content and material
- Experience with PowerPoint and Articulate 360 or Articulate Storyline is a MUST
- Follows design and brand standards set for the organization
- Creates engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhance retention and transfer
- States instructional end goals and creates content to match them
- Collaborates with stakeholders to scope and design effective learning content
- Applies tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods
- Creates supporting material/media (simulations, role plays, etc.)
- Routes materials through the review and approval process and maintains accurate records
