Experience: 3-5 years in the education/ ed tech domain (similar role)
Job Description
Create immersive/ compelling educational experiences for the audience
Assess learner progress and align the content with their needs
Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning
Provide interactive activities and educational resources
Maintain projects and organize course documents
Collaborate with subject matter experts verification of the pedagogy and curriculum components to achieve learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Using instructional design strategies to create online learning material
Analyzing and chunking existing raw content for creating learning material
Visualizing screens and animations for online learning
Creating storyboards for online learning
Following writing style guides for creating grammatically correct and easy-to-understand online content for learning
Revisit and assess learning objectives
Research and implement new technologies into instruction
Distribute key learning materials to the audience
Evaluate existing instructional content and keep up to date
Develop a cohesive, relevant curriculum by partnering with organization leaders
Manage student roster and track ongoing progress
Using MS Word , Excel and PowerPoint
Scope of work:
Designing training framework in accordance with the stakeholder competencies
Developing interactive storyboards and e-learning content
Develop induction modules for all stakeholders
Design assessments to assess the learning curve
Manage the LMS for course assignment and learner analytics
Skills and Qualities:
A degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
Graduate in any discipline
Familiarity with Axure, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Dreamweaver
Experience teaching in a classroom setting
Ability to use instructional materials and resources effectively
Critical-thinking skills
Concrete verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate learning management systems
Proficiency in course development software
Basic understanding of HTML and Flash
Strong project management skills
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Willingness to learn
