Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Lead with a strong background in instructional design and the ADDIE model to lead the development and implementation of our Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will design engaging and effective learning experiences and ensure the LMS meets the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the LMS.
- Apply the ADDIE model to create instructional materials and courses.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content.
- Conduct needs analysis and assess the effectiveness of learning programs.
- Manage the LMS and provide support to users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design and LMS management.
- Expertise in the ADDIE model and instructional design principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong project management and communication skills.
