OTHER CRITERIA : MAXIMUM AGE: 33-35

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development,
or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in content design and development projects
within large organizations.
Proficiency in using various AI tools to enhance instructional design and development.
Strong understanding of different learning modalities and how to apply them effectively.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and develop high-quality instructional materials, including content, presentations,
schematics, and visual representations of L&D solutions.
Apply various learning modalities to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and
objectives.
Create blueprints and design schematics for L&D solutions, ensuring alignment with
organizational goals and learner needs.
Utilize AI tools to enhance the design and development process, creating innovative and
efficient learning solutions.
Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to tailor content to specific audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make necessary improvements.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 1,200,000.00 - 1,500,000.00 per year
