- Identify and target potential institutional clients to generate new business and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at institutions
- Understand the needs of institutional clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services
- Negotiate and close contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that client needs are met
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the company's products and services and generate new business
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline to the Institutional Sales Manager
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication and networking skills
