Job Description:
- Achieving business objectives of sales and service, as per plan - Achieving sales / service topline objectives thru designated channel partners and ensuring collections as per norms
- Channel Management and expansion. - Maintaining channel hygiene by timely closure of queries /complaints. - Planning for channel expansion as per the gap analysis and ABP. - Market coverage in city and upcountry dealer locations. - Assisting channel partners in acquisition. - Assist and guide channel partners in acquiring key customers through lead generation, negotiations, demos etc.
- Market intelligence and reporting - Studying competitor / market activity in the assigned territory & giving relevant feedback to Regional Head
- Key Account Management - Inventory management of vending machines, sales and service consumables, hygiene and compliance at the local level as per norms. - Maintaining key accounts Build required rapport with the channel partners and key accounts in the assigned territory so as to maintain desired consumption and service levels
- Interacting & co-ordination with branch logistics, CST. Service and Marketing teams for ensuring customer delight. - Conducting periodic sales and service trainings in coordination with HO for channel partners
- Drive key initiatives of the organization - Driving any new organizational initiatives as announced from time to time - Lead and manage team of outsourced sales and service personnel
Essential Qualification & Experience Required:
- Graduate & Post Graduate (Any Stream)- Full Time
- Minimum 2 years
