Division & Department- Sales, Institutional Sales

Location- Delhi, Chennai, Pune

The Institutional Sales function in Axis AMC is responsible to build, manage & enhance the institutional channel relationship value with the house, and leverage the organization's relationship with the existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative & ongoing contact initiatives.

We're looking for a self-driven individual to responsible for management of Institutional sales for investors, mobilizing funds from Institutional clients and addition of new Institutional clients within the desired geography.

What you will Do

Lead a team on business development and client acquisition across the given territory

Engage with Institutional and corporate clients

Manage direct selling to mobilize revenue growth

Manage treasury investments and designing customized investment portfolios for the clients

Manage large and key strategic relationships

Leverage market opportunities and help in building AUM on the debt side

Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving higher delivery and service quality norms

What makes you a Great Fit

Graduate/ Postgraduate with 7 to 10 years of experience

NISM V-A Certified

Well aware about the products, fixed income markets and Macroeconomics

Track record of client value creation

Exemplary client engagement skills

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
