Role Purpose: -

This role's primary purpose is to significantly improve our presence in Public Procurement

To strengthen and improve our tender participation and providing wide range of product participation in government procurements.

Responsibilities:

Mapping and meeting all stake holders in public procurements

Co-ordinate with HO team for Tender participation

Identify new Govt. Institutions / Hospitals for e-tendering and online quoting.

Mapping new customers into systems

Dealing with Invoicing team for ensuring supplies on time in full

Gather Tender information & collecting competitor information's

Engaging stakeholders for scientific based activities

Based on tender: Identify, prepare, and submit: RAF Rate Approval form for tender participation

Basic Qualifications

MBA/ master's degree with 3-5 yrs. of experience in Pharma Company

Experience in government procurement/supplies/business

Strong communication skills and communication for stake holder management

Ability to work independently; self-starter to drive value creation.
