Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Query Resolution:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding the company's products and services through both voice and non-voice channels.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments such as technical support, sales, and product development to address client needs effectively.
2. HRM Product Implementation:
- Lead the implementation of the company's HRM (Human Resource Management) product at client offices.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and customize the HRM product accordingly.
- Ensure smooth integration of the HRM product with existing systems and processes at client organizations.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their queries and needs.
- Proactively engage with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare comprehensive documentation related to client queries, resolutions, and implementation activities.
- Generate regular reports to track key performance metrics such as query resolution time, client satisfaction levels, and implementation progress.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
