Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Implementation Executive with a strong background in SaaS-based products, ERP systems, and a deep understanding of accounting, payroll, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will assist in the implementation of CHPL's proprietary IT products and ensure smooth functionality and integration for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
SaaS Product Implementation:
Assist in the deployment and configuration of SaaS-based products for clients. Ensure smooth integration and customization as per client requirements. Implement and manage product functionalities, ensuring alignment with client operations. Provide clients with training on product modules and troubleshoot any issues during the rollout.
Accounting & Payroll Knowledge:
Utilize strong knowledge of accounting principles and Excel to assist clients in setting up their financial systems. Support payroll setup, ensuring accurate configuration of payroll components and processes.
HR Policy Implementation:
Assist clients in configuring HR policies within the implemented systems. Ensure compliance with HR best practices, supporting clients in using payroll and HR functionalities effectively.
Client Training & Support:
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure clients maximize the value of the product. Troubleshoot any issues related to product functionality and provide timely solutions
