Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Installation Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our automatic car parking systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and site workers.
- Ensure that all site operations are conducted in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise.
- Review and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Ensure that installation work complies with design specifications and standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on site.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety guidelines.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure all necessary permits and inspections are obtained.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Contractors and Dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.
- Document any changes or deviations from project plans and communicate them to relevant parties.
- Ensure all documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a site engineering role, preferably in the construction or automated systems industry.
- Strong understanding of Installation methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with automated car parking systems or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of safety management systems and procedures.
