Job Description & Requirements:- Work Experience 7 years in construction with degree/ diploma; 10 years in construction without qualification.
Education Diploma/ Certificate in Construction related module.- Register BEM IOW (If not able to source, DEDC to device a programme to ensure hired personnel can successfully register as IOW within one (1) year).
Knowledge/ Skills Proficiency in BIM/ 3D modelling tools e.g. REVIT, CAD, Bently Microstation (or similar tools) and other modelling software e.g. SketchUp, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor would be an advantage.
