inspection to include compliance to include legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations relating to insert as applicable- monitor and develop inspection systems in accordance with organization plans and adherence to legislation and agreed regulatory bodies processes, procedures and standards
responsibility for performing all inspection duties in relation to insert as applicable e.g. ISO certification
- responsible for application of the inspection budget
meet your targets and those of the team as a whole- efficient running of the team
contribute to training and development of the team
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and budget.
Analyze production needs, identify areas of improvement, and recommend solutions.- Plan personnel activity, assign tasks and adjust workflow and schedules accordingly.
Monitor production costs and discuss changes with the management team to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company regulations.
Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets.- Ensure that production activities comply with the quality standards set by the organization.
Conduct performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve and meet targets.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity.
Evaluate equipment and machinery performance and take action to address any issues- Maintain accurate records and documents related to production.
Participate in regular meetings with the management team to review progress and identify areas for improvement.
