You will need to visit the manufacturer's unit to conduct their inspection and issue a certificate.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of machines, in-process items, and finished products.
Use various measuring tools and equipment to verify dimensions, performance, and other specifications.
- Identify defects and deviations from standards and report findings to relevant departments.
Maintain detailed records of inspection results, including measurements, observations, and test data.- Prepare and distribute inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with company and regulatory standards.
- Implement and follow established quality control procedures and guidelines.
Participate in the development and improvement of inspection methods and procedures.- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
