Job Description

INSIDE-SALES EXECUTIVE

The position of Inside Sales Executive will develop net new business for Riskwatch's Risk Assessment solutions with an aggressive quota and rewards. The ideal candidate brings anywhere from 3 to 8 years of experience selling Risk & Compliance software solutions to companies in North America. The ideal candidate has experience selling to Physical security, regulatory compliance, risk, and vendor management departments. This is your chance to make an impact in the fast-growing Risk & Compliance space, helping organizations solve real business challenges with our risk assessment solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all inside sales for North America.

Outbound prospecting: you'll source leads, research and connect via outbound calls, emails and other social media platforms to articulate value.

Encourage real and transparent conversations with customers about their needs and challenges.

Work closely with India based Marketing, Saleslead , and Sales Engineering teams to develop and close business opportunities.

Build a trusted advisor relationship developing personal and professional networks

Work during US Eastern time zone 8 Am-5 PM.
  • Skills and Experience

3 - 8+ years of experience in selling enterprise Risk and compliance software ideally with some governance risk and compliance expertise.

Strong professional work ethic and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Has managed varied business portfolios, is creative, and adaptable with the ability to effectively coach and lead in a rapidly changing environment.

BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
