TEAM LEAD - INSIDE SALES

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead - Inside Sales to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales counsellors, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve their sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales counsellors.

- Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.

- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

  • Sales Performance:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

- Analyze sales metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Operational Excellence:

- Oversee daily operations of the inside sales team to ensure efficient workflow.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

- Provide feedback from the sales team to help shape product offerings and marketing initiatives.

  • Sales Strategy:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

- Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

- Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures, including sales processes and CRM utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an inside sales role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in the Ed-Tech sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
