Job Title: SR Business Development Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Employment: Full time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in IT or Audio-Visual (AV) products. The successful candidate will lead and motivate an inside sales team, drive revenue growth through effective cold calling strategies, and play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the inside sales team.

Set and communicate clear sales targets and performance expectations.

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

Lead by example in executing effective cold calling and lead generation activities.

Provide guidance and training to the team on successful cold calling techniques.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients.

Work closely with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.

Monitor and analyze sales metrics to track team performance.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the development of sales budgets.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or Audio-Visual industry.

Demonstrated success in team management and leadership.

Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
