Zamstars is looking for up to an Individual skilled, and passionate to join us as Inside Sales Specialist. Candidate should have hands-on experience of 3 to 5 years in the generation of leads and new business opportunities for IT Solutions companies in the US market. They will be working on behalf of our US-based client and will drive inside sales through online calls and other tools, including but not limited to, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Outreach, Snov.io, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generating new business leads and opportunities
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold emailing, and Cold calling)
- Collaborating with US-based Sales team to accelerate the influx of business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Reaching out via email/social media/call to connect with prospective customers
- Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information by email
- Conducting secondary research into company financials, line of business, technology requirements, etc., to personalize prospecting efforts
- Competitor analysis and positioning against them
- Delivering first-level Corporate Overview Presentations
- Pre-qualification of business opportunities (Gauging - Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline)

Skills and Experience Required
- Should have experience of 3 to 5 years in inside sales in a software company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Soft Skills (Pitching, Probing, Objection Handling, Rapport Building)
- Proficient in professional business conversational etiquette
- Strong communication skills while having the ability to work independently in a high-pressure, and often ambiguous, work environment
- Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
QualificationQualification
- Any Graduation, BE/BTech preferred
Timing
- US Timings (could vary between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. IST, not exceeding 8 hours per day)
- Mondays would start at around 4:00 p.m. IST
Location
- Currently based in Bangalore
- Work from Home in Bangalore
