Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at WedKnott in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
