Viionn Labs is a new boutique software development agency. We are starting a new vertical of Azure development/Cloud services. This person will work closely with the Sales head in the US, and execute the strategy independently.
Responsibilities
- Display expertise in creating effective sales funnels, marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Showcase proficiency in pipeline management methodologies and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads/opportunities for the sales team.
- Lead Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) interns/freshers to achieve and exceed sales quotas for IT services.
- Implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT service offerings and industry trends to identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
- Convert qualified leads generated by marketing efforts and convert them into paying customers.
- Establish realistic and attainable revenue targets for yourself and the team, communicate them to senior leadership along with your approach towards achievement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members and track individual and team performance metrics.
- Generate reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics for informed decision-making.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations.
- Ensure adherence to company sales methodologies and suggest improvement to processes.
- Handle customer queries, resolve objections and negotiate contracts.
Must have
- A bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role in the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline management tools like hubspot, Notion, MS Excel etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT service sales cycle and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Should have understanding of software development lifecycle, technology services & solutions.
- Expertise in using lead gen tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, crunchbase, zoominfo, discoverorg and other lead gen platforms, networking platforms, etc.
- Ability to create impressive marketing campaigns.
- Ability to create SOW, SRD, FRD, BRD, etc based on Project requirements.

- Experience with bidding platforms like upwork, guru, freelancer, etc
- Experience in participating in IT Expos and events.
- Experience in Data Analysis Tools like tableau, Power BI, etc.
