Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual who can engage with potential customers on social media channels like Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and LinkedIn. As the point of contact, you will utilize our provided script as a foundation and adapt it to create personalized conversations. Forget about cold calling; this role is all about making subjective calls based on ongoing chats and understanding customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify and nurture leads, igniting their interest in our client's exceptional fitness programs.

Drive qualified leads to book calls through Calendly and ensure their attendance on sales calls with clients.

Engage with international clients through WhatsApp groups and Zoom calls, building meaningful connections.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and essential information in daily trackers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

0-2 years of experience in a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Flexible for shift timing

Expectations:

Our workdays run from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 7 hours per day. We expect flexibility to work in night shift when required.
