Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and driven Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the website and mobile app development industry. This role involves managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and identify potential clients.
- Sales Process Management:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure successful project delivery and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the website and mobile app development industry.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile app development processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
