The Customer Success Specialist will focus on the day-to-day end customer engagement and partner management. You will work closely with the sales team and partners to ensure the customer use the product effectively and drive them to use the applications for their design requirements. This includes customer onboarding, managing customer details in database, monitor customer license usage dashboard using internal portal, share the feedback with partner for training and enable the license management.
Principal Responsibilities: Assist in broadcasting Autodesk communication and follow-up with partner on assigned tasks for India Region.
Track, escalate and support customers technical issues on Autodesk products and solutions worldwide
Ensure the right levels of communication with the Autodesk partners and deliver accurate documentation as appropriate
Ensure the integrity of the information to be made available, for the correct execution of the programs.
Coordinate with global support team and regional PSM for Learning Partner recruitment, technical tickets & onboarding Sales Training on new product/s and/or technologies.
Support Learning Partners with respect to Autodesk Software Subscriptions, subscription contract, renewals, license access, and maintenance issues
Develop adequate expertise to support the Subscription license fulfillment model.
Do customer profiling on renewals before customer / partner calling
Sorting potential renewal base w.r.t partners, seats, products & renewal period
Reach to right partner audience
Do follow up on renewal order with partners & reach customer if required
Share it with Sales / Partner Teams
Share weekly & monthly forecast on renewal closures
If any issue, get it resolved with Datech Sales Teams, Partner Teams & Vendors.
Follow up on conversion & closure of renewal opportunity
Identifying prospective customer contact for new subscription contract
Reach to right customer user for the Product usage
Do understand from customer if deployment is done & if there is any issue (withing in 15 days)
If any issue, get it resolved with internal sales team support
Follow up on usage, product training if required & if customer is able to adopt the product in his environment
Adhere to Tech Data policies and compliance requirement.
Business forecasting and business planning for product groups with PSM.
Provision of various reports for the purpose of commercial decision making.
