Responsibility
- Direct Customer Engagement: Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons, Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
- Sales Pitch Customization: Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
- Closing Deals: Use persuasive skills to close sales deals, Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records in the CRM system, Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement., Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
- Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement, Actively participate in training programs.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions
