- Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)
Responsibilities:
- Direct Customer Engagement: Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons. Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
- Customer Relationship Building: Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels. Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products. Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
- Sales Pitch Customization: Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
- Closing Deals: Use persuasive skills to close sales deals. Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate records in the CRM system. Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement. Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills. Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
- Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement. Actively participate in training programs.
