JD: The Inside sales Specialist/BDR plays a crucial role in driving new business growth
by actively engaging with potential clients through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting. This position requires a proactive approach in generating leads via cold-calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels like social media and networking events. The BDR is responsible for researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and sparking interest in the company's offerings. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating and closing deals. You'll need to understand customer needs, align our solutions accordingly, and effectively communicate the value of our products. The BDR will also handle inbound inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses, while taking advantage of cross-selling
and upselling opportunities.Your success will be measured by the number of leads contacted, conversion rates, and revenue generated per account and the total revenue generated. Additionally, you will provide onboarding support and technical assistance to ensure a seamless transition for new clients. Analyzing lead conversion metrics and reporting on progress will also be key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new sales opportunities through Inbound leads follow up, outbound calls and emails
Actively Engage in generating leads through outbound calls(cold-calling), emails and LinkedIn
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research,
social media, Sales Navigator and networking events
Manage sales cycle from Qualifying to scoping the opportunity, conducting product
demonstrations, negotiating and closing accounts
Comprehend customer needs, align the right offering, and showcase relevant product
capabilities to demonstrate value
Timely , professional and accurate reply to all incoming leads
Cross-sell and upsell
Analyse and report lead conversion metrics and track progress
Number of leads contacted, converted and average revenue per account
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert to sales
Onboarding clients with integration and technical support.
