Job Description:
Your role involves managing inbound inquiries and establishing meaningful connections with students and parents. You will understand their academic aspirations, match them with suitable tutors, and help them choose the right educational packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads, encouraging trial classes.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to grasp their unique learning needs.
- Match students with appropriate tutors based on individual requirements.
- Create tailored educational packages for each student.
- Proficiently utilize CRM tools for lead management and sales streamlining.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets as set by the company.
- Enhance sales pitches and strategies to contribute to overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with tutors and the academic team to maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of inbound sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
- Worked in Edtech.
Other Information:
- Timing: 10pm to 7am
- Work schedule: 6 days per week
