**Position Overview:**

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT market and at least 1.5 years of experience selling IT solutions and services. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. A tech background is preferred, and experience selling services related to Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Identify and prospect potential clients in the US IT market for solutions such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, and ServiceNow.

Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate leads and set up qualified meetings.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Infojinis IT services and solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

Manage a pipeline of prospects and follow up with potential clients in a timely manner.

Collaborate with senior sales leaders to align strategies and close deals.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with an uncapped incentive structure.

**Requirements:**

Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Inside Sales, with a focus on IT services and solutions.

Experience selling IT services (Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow preferred).

Strong understanding of the US IT market and buyer landscape.

Ability to generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

Strong communication skills and the ability to set up qualified meetings.

Tech background preferred.

Open to working US East Coast hours.
