  • Execute outbound sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements

Requirements And Skills

  • Proven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Network with potential clients to establish relationships.
