Job Description

  • Implement processes to efficiently identify leads for new business opportunities and develop and execute capture strategy that align with Emmes capabilities and goals

  • Identify customer stakeholders, build relationships, and gather customer insights

  • Follow up on leads generated from business intelligence sources and marketing campaigns

  • Establish, nurtures, and grows client relationships to achieve objectives and quota

  • Identify the right win strategy for individual opportunities and client partnerships

  • Lead research efforts to determine technical requirement and customer concerns as part of the qualification process, connecting with potential clients and contracting officers

  • Develop detailed understanding of our operations including capabilities, capacity, and timelines

  • Participate in internal sales meetings, supporting sales reps and senior sales reps

  • Support Government engagement and selling efforts across all business units

  • Evaluate proposals and quotations for customers and ensures both client and company requirements are met, and participates in proposal scope development
