Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Dolphin Computers in Delhi, India. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of IT products and services
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
