Skills & Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience in managing complex lead gen. to close sales cycles with a focus on acquisition of new customers (Hunter role)

At least 3 years of experience in selling Procurement/SaaS/Cloud-based solutions

Experience in understanding customer needs, creating tailored pitches and solutions that are focused on the specific needs of the customer

In addition to being an expert storyteller, you should also have strong understanding of building relationships with senior managers and executives

Experience engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales cycle including Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement

How will we work together

Overachieve sales quota as an Individual Contributor managing a cluster of Mid Market growth accounts in India/Australia

Build strong relationships with CXO / decision makers / senior Management to position GEPs value proposition & drive deals to closure

Ability to identify new business opportunities and acquire new logos

Leading presentations with the customers, including persuasion and negotiation skills.

Partner with Inside Sales, Solution Design, IT, Legal & Finance, Marketing, and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption.

Establish and maintain key account relationships to develop and implement strategies to acquire new logos.

Expertise in managing complex sales cycles.

Ability to identify enterprise client pain points and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.

Assertive, Passionate, Consultative, loves to compete and win.

Should be an excellent communicator & strong presentation skills to articulate GEPs Offerings in the international market.
