As we scale up our operations, we seek rockstars with a proven successful track record to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness to join our team. Our perfect fit for this role will be organized, and meticulous, demonstrate attention to detail, and have strong ownership values. You'll be responsible for developing and executing targeted sales campaigns to identify, engage, and convert potential customers. You will be working with our super enthusiastic commercial and clinical teams. As we are on full throttle in expansion mode, you will be wearing multiple hats and are expected to be a multitasker with solid time management skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional pre-sales service.
- Lead and sales cycle management
- Achieving revenue targets
- Strategizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling, hunting/ emailing.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits with potential customers.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers
- Collaborating with the field sales team and pursuing order closures
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Follow up on potential customers sales inquiries through website chats, emails, and inbound calls
- Conducting demos
- Fluency in using CRM tool: Zoho
Desired skill set
- MBA or equivalent degree/ Alternative medicine
- Having 7-10 years of proven experience in inside sales / SAAS selling/ healthcare sales
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Communication skills: must communicate effectively through various channels such as phone, email, and Whatsapp campaigns. Must be articulate, persuasive, and clearly explain complex services to prospects.
- Sales skills: Inside sales representatives must be skilled in sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, qualifying leads, objection handling, and closing deals. They should be able to create sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Technology skills: Should be comfortable using CRM software (SFDC), email marketing tools, and WhatsApp marketing. Should be able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Time management skills: Should be able to manage their time effectively to prioritize sales activities, follow up with prospects, and meet sales targets.
- Teamwork: Should work effectively with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Adaptability: adapt to changing customer needs, market conditions, and sales strategies.
- Can speak two or more vernacular languages.
