Role Description:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-ticket sales by building relationships with qualified leads, understanding their needs, addressing objections, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, quick learner, and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Engage with qualified leads via phone and online channels.
Close high-value deals by securing contracts and purchase orders.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Proven ability to close high-value sales deals, preferably in B2C or consultative sales.
Experience with Edtech/Digital marketing sales is an added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi speaking.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptable to a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
