JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY:We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Inside Sales Manager to help us expand our Business. You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound leads follow-up
- Work on qualified leads and identity opportunities.
Sork on end-to-end order closures by understanding the requirements.- Sharing product options via various communication platforms, product sample coordination, sharing proposal, conducting price negotiation, getting necessary client approvals , explaining the entire sales process and delivery timeline process to the client
Follow up with leads and track progress
- Maintain a positive & professional attitude
Relationship management with multiple decision makers & and stakeholders to add value- Keeping up with product & and service information updates
Creating and maintaining a database of current & and potential databases of prospects.
- Staying informed about competing products and prospects
Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
2 - 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role- strong understanding of B2B product industry, e-commerce
excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- proficiency in CRM software
Language - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
