As an InsideSales Representative specializing in Technology, Cybersecurity, Cloud, DigitalAutomation solutions, you will play a pivotal role in generating leads byTelephonic Calling, Cold Calling, generated leads through digital platforms.You would need to create, manage & maintain qualified customer databases.Create digital campaigns, submit proposals, follow up for orders, processorders.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Fresher to 3yrs Experience in Inside Sales
- Key Skills: Cybersecurity or Server/Storage/HCI/Database or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Build & maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers.
- Develop strong relationships with various customer stake holders like CXOs (CIO/CISO/CDO), Procurement Heads, Cross functional team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Should have Techno Commercial skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to address any issues.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and our product offerings.
- Bachelors degree in any field. Management Degree will be a plus
