Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales for our construction and interiors services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate solutions that align with Sturdy Groups offerings.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Sturdy Groups services, including design and turnkey execution, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client requirements.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
  • Customer Service: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, interiors, or related industries.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
