The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive lead-generation activities through various channels to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Execute effective cold-emailing and calling campaigns to engage prospects and establish initial connections.
Set and manage initial appointments for the sales head to further qualify leads.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
Utilize CRM tools and systems to accurately maintain and update prospect information.
Independently handle small-value deals, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closure.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's / Master's degree
Should be Handson and enjoy being a go-getter.
Required: Good Communication Skills and being an active listener.
Good interpersonal skills and email writing skills.
Required cold calling experience and good convincing skills.
