Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Mindelphi, you'll be crucial in driving sales and connecting with potential customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify new sales opportunities through tactics like cold-calling, attending virtual events, and building targeted mailing lists.
• Build meaningful relationships with prospects to encourage trust and loyalty.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and showcase our programs unique selling points (USPs).
• Proactively follow up with prospects, providing additional information to close sales.
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives defined by leadership.

Competencies:

• Strong drive for top results in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
• Experience in closing sales over the phone.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
