Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities
- Qualify leads through targeted questions and a thorough understanding of customer needs
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and effective communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services that meet those needs
- Provide detailed information about Le Roma Gardenia's offerings and answer customer queries
- Sales Achievement:
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and quotas
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies and processes
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales performance
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- High level of motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
