Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a professional fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that drive our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management:
    • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales
    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, converting them into sales opportunities
    • Qualify leads through targeted questions and a thorough understanding of customer needs
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and effective communication
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services that meet those needs
    • Provide detailed information about Le Roma Gardenia's offerings and answer customer queries
  • Sales Achievement:
    • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and quotas
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize revenue
    • Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies and processes
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and sales performance
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • High level of motivation and a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
