Location: Tiruppur Office

Job Type: Full-time

Work Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Commission

About Us:

We are a Salesforce CRM-based consulting firm specializing in providing innovative solutions to businesses. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Tiruppur. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with leads from North America and the EMEA region and will be proficient in using Salesforce CRM and Apollo tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Handle and nurture leads from North America and the EMEA region, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
  • Sales Coordination: Work closely with the CEO to track sales activities, update the CRM, and ensure accurate and effective reporting of all sales-related data.
  • Sales Techniques: Utilize the latest sales processes and techniques, including multi-channel marketing strategies like cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Salesforce CRM: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.
  • Apollo Tools: Leverage Apollo tools for lead generation, prospecting, and tracking sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, particularly handling leads from North America and the EMEA region.
  • Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Apollo tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a Salesforce CRM-based consulting or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate and pitch solutions effectively.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the latest sales processes and techniques, including multi-channel marketing.
  • Coordination Skills: Ability to work closely with senior management and coordinate effectively with the team.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
