Job Description: Business Development Executive- Role Type: Individual Contribution
Minimum 1+ years of experience in hardcore sales, preferably in EdTech.
- Excellent communication skills.
Age up to 28-29 years.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
In between 38k-45k (Fixed in hand)
