Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ISR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: -0 to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools.
