About the Job:
The company is a fast-growing finance business that helps small and medium businesses with money solutions. They make it easier for businesses to grow by giving them flexible financial options.
What You Will Do:
- You will call business owners and talk to them about how the company can help them with their money needs.
- You'll explain why the company's services are useful and try to convince them to use these services.
- Your goal is to help the company meet monthly targets by bringing in new clients.
- You will also keep detailed notes about your talks with clients and follow up with them when needed.
What You Should Have:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, especially if you've worked in telesales or financial services.
- You should be good at talking and explaining things to others in a way that makes them want to say yes.
- You need to know Kannada and English well. Hindi is an added bonus!
- If you're a hard worker who has achieved targets before, this job might be for you.
Pay and Benefits:
- You can earn up to 35,000 each month, along with performance-based incentives.
- You'll get health insurance, paid sick time, and benefits like Provident Fund.
- It's a full-time job with a day shift.
Where You'll Work:
- This is an in-person job, so you'll go to the office every day.
