Responsibilities:
1. Direct Customer Engagement:
Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons for not
converting.
Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
2. Customer Relationship Building:
Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
to understand their requirements.
Provide information about the company's products or services, addressing customer
inquiries and concerns.
3. Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products to potential
customers.
4. Sales Pitch Customization:
Customize sales presentations to address the unique needs of each customer.
5. Closing Deals:
Use persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
Overcome objections and address concerns to secure customer commitment.
6. CRM Management:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system.
Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities to measure performance.
7. Achieving Targets:
Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Regularly report progress to sales leadership.
8. Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams, such as the care team and clinic team, to ensure a
seamless customer experience.
