As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the
phone or through online communication channels. Your primary goal will be to engage with potential customers, understand their
needs, and effectively communicate how our products or services can meet those needs.
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects via phone or video calls.
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to ensure a positive buying experience.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required for freshers.
