Role Description

You will be working for Solargraf, an the digital business unit of Enphase and managing clients in EMEA region. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service. This role is based in Bengaluru but offers flexibility for remote work.

Mandatory skils:

1. Should know at least one of the following languages: German, Dutch, French (Big bonus if you know more than one)
2. Prior experience in sales or customer service

• Lead generation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus
