Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative at CourSi Academy located in Rajajinagr, Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Proficient in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management

Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Experience in sales or customer service roles

Goal-oriented and results-driven approach

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience with inbound calls, meeting daily targets, and conducting counseling sessions
